Reported 8 months ago

On June 19, 2024, actor Sun Peng's son Sun An-Zuo was searched by the police for carrying a gas gun into a nightclub, violating the Firearms and Ammunition Control Act, leading to a referral to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office. After interrogation by prosecutors, he was released on bail of 300,000 NT with restrictions on residence, and his father Sun Peng is responsible for supervision. During the search at Sun An-Zuo's residence in Beitou District and Zhu Yi-Ming's residence in Da'an District, evidence like gunpowder, knives, and sniper rifles for survival games were found. Zhu subsequently attacked police during the search and was arrested for obstructing official duties. Zhu's lawyer raised concerns about the arrest process and requested a review, resulting in him not being transferred with Sun An-Zuo. The confiscated firearms and gunpowder will be forensically examined for lethality.
