On June 21, 2024, actor Xiao Bing (Yu Junxian) disclosed his long overdue conversation with his ex-wife. As a single father, Xiao Bing has raised his daughter alone after his elder brother's passing led him to fade out of the entertainment industry. In a recent Facebook post, Xiao Bing expressed regret and pain upon reconnecting with his ex-wife, recalling their past where work and life crises led to the end of their marriage. Despite feeling unable to stop his ex-wife from leaving back then, Xiao Bing mentioned how she used media to defame him and forced him to pay, causing immense physical and emotional exhaustion. Facing media attacks over the years resulting in job loss and life-threatening encounters, Xiao Bing's attempt to end his life failed, ultimately surviving for his child's sake. Xiao Bing hoped his ex-wife would not disrupt their hard-earned peace in life anymore and warned of legal consequences if she continued using the media to cause trouble, while also expressing forgiveness and wishing her happiness to finally move on from their tumultuous past.
