Taiwan's first World War II suspense drama series, 'Listening to the Waves,' is set to premiere with actors Wu Hanlin and Huang Guanzhi revealing the extreme torment faced while filming, including scenes of being beaten and bombed, leaving them covered in dirt and dust after each take. The upcoming show depicts the harsh reality of a prisoner-of-war camp during the war and the struggles of soldiers, captives, and guards, while highlighting the longing for home and the intense battles in search of justice for war crimes.
