Allegedly, the actress requested an elevator to be cleared for her to use first, which sparked discontent among bystanders. However, after the incident stirred discussions online, Cheng Xiao's agency issued a statement clarifying that the actress involved was not Cheng Xiao. The agency urged people to face online information sensibly and not spread false rumors.
