On June 16, 2024, actress Bowie Tsang and her father, Eric Tsang arrived to pay their respects at actress Liza Wang's mother's funeral. Wang's mother passed away at the age of 93 on June 1 due to pneumonia in Taipei. Many political and entertainment figures attended the funeral, with Eric Tsang flying in from Hong Kong to be there. Tsang arrived low-key to offer his condolences at the funeral parlor, sharing that Liza Wang had advised him to take care of his health. When asked when he would leave, his daughter Bowie Tsang answered on his behalf: 'We will leave tomorrow, dad specially came to pay his respects.'
