Puhui Intelligent (ACTURA) specializes in STEAM education solutions and had collaborated with many schools to offer robot teaching and STEAM courses. However, parents are accusing the company of maliciously closing down after paying summer camp fees totaling 240,000 New Taiwan Dollars. The company blamed poor management and financial difficulties due to the pandemic, leaving parents unable to retrieve the fees. Many are considering legal action as the company's official website and social media pages have suddenly disappeared. Similar incidents have been reported in Auckland, New Zealand, where parents are urged to contact banks for refunds after signing up for space camp programs that were suddenly canceled.
