Taiwan's leading automobile finance company, He Run, is actively promoting motorcycle road safety by partnering with the Ministry of Transportation's Highway Bureau for the third consecutive year, successfully increasing the percentage of people attending driving training before obtaining a license to 16.8%. Apart from the government's NT$1,300 training subsidy, He Run will provide an additional subsidy of NT$1,300 to 1,000 individuals who take motorcycle driving training courses, totaling NT$2,600 in subsidies. The company also plans to reserve subsidy quotas for students with limited financial capabilities, aiming to encourage young people to receive formal motorcycle driving training early on to enhance defensive driving concepts and ensure road safety.
