Adobe's shares fell by 7% as investors expressed skepticism regarding the speed of AI integration into its software, despite an increase in the company's revenue forecast. Analysts pointed to heightened concerns over competition and the extended timeline needed to realize profits from AI initiatives. While Adobe raised its revenue projections for 2025 to between $23.50 billion and $23.60 billion, at least five brokerages adjusted their price targets downward for the stock.
