Advance Care Planning for Healthier End-of-Life Choices

Starting July 1, four categories of individuals can now receive National Health Insurance coverage for 'Advance Care Planning,' allowing people to proactively schedule a better end-of-life experience. Through a case study of a patient in Taiwan, it was shown that by utilizing advance care planning, individuals can make end-of-life decisions based on their own preferences, leading to a more fulfilling and comfortable transition in their final stages of life.
