With rising housing prices, pre-sale houses within the total price of ten million NT dollars are becoming rare. According to real transaction data, there are still 12 administrative districts in Taiwan where the average price of pre-sale houses is below ten million NT dollars in the first quarter of this year, with over a hundred transactions. Among these districts, Puzi City in Chiayi County had the highest transaction volume, with 256 pre-sale houses sold in the first quarter, followed by Wuci in Taichung, Sanmin in Kaohsiung, Guanyin, and Yangmei in Taoyuan, with over 200 transactions each. These affordable and popular districts have an average price range of around 250,000 to 330,000 NT dollars per ping, with some slightly higher-priced areas having a demand for small units. Puzi in Chiayi emerged as the area in Taiwan where it is most possible to purchase pre-sale houses within ten million NT dollars.
