Due to heavy rain in the afternoon, the parking elevator at Success High School in Taipei turned into a 'waterfall cave', with severe flooding inside making it impossible for students to use. Despite no flooding incidents reported in the city, the elevator continued to leak water, prompting people to opt for the stairs. The issue was attributed to the drainage system's inability to handle the sudden downpour, offering a quirky analogy to the importance of rainwater management.
