Agarwal Plans $5 Billion Investment in U.S. Oil Services to Boost Cairn Production

Billionaire Anil Agarwal, chairman of Cairn India, has announced plans to invest $5 billion in U.S. engineering and service companies to increase production from 100,000 to 500,000 barrels per day. During a visit to Houston, he highlighted the need for technical partnerships and additional drilling rigs to support the company's extensive offshore development project, aiming for up to 600 new wells.
