During the search by the police on June 19, Son Pang's son Sun Anzuo's agent Zhu Yiming resisted and was arrested. Zhu believes the police illegally searched him, and his application to bring the case to court was rejected by a judge. Despite claiming he did not hit the police, Zhu was arrested for carrying a 'gas gun' in violation of the Firearms and Ammunition Control Act, as well as for obstructing official duties.
