When Aidan O'Connell joined the Las Vegas Raiders as a rookie quarterback and was assigned the No. 4 jersey previously worn by Derek Carr, he felt it was disrespectful to keep it. O'Connell decided to wear No. 12 instead, expressing his admiration for Carr and returning the number to him. The Raiders have since given the No. 4 jersey to wide receiver Jalen Guyton.
