Air Canada plans to increase its services to India by 40% in the 2024-2025 season, introducing new nonstop flights between Toronto and Mumbai, as well as connecting existing flights to London with ongoing flights to New Delhi. The airline aims to build additional scale at their hubs in time for Diwali festivities, offering more travel options between India and Canada. Air Canada's increased focus on India is in response to growing demand post-pandemic, with other airlines also recognizing the country as a rapidly growing market for international travel.
