Airbnb reported higher quarterly revenue driven by strong international travel demand but has adjusted its first-quarter forecast due to year-over-year comparison challenges and a stronger dollar. Anticipating revenue between $2.23 billion to $2.27 billion, the company noted that while foreign exchange impacts may slightly decrease average daily rates, its earnings would still rise by 10% to 12% when excluding these factors. The firm also highlighted growth from Latin America and plans to invest up to $250 million in new business initiatives.
