Alaska Airlines and its 7,000-member flight attendants union have reached a tentative labor deal after talks lasting over a year and a half. Though the terms have not been disclosed, the union has referred to it as a 'record contract' that likely includes substantial pay raises. The agreement still requires approval from union leadership and members before it can take effect, following previous demands for pay raises of up to 56% through 2026. This deal comes after other airlines saw similar successful negotiations with their flight attendants.
