Democratic Progressive Party Taipei City Councilor Lin Yan-feng raised concerns about delays in the construction progress of the Nan Kang Transit Station BOT project, suspecting that the Taipei City government may be giving special treatment. Lin pointed out discrepancies in the project agreements signed by former mayor Ko Wen-je and Shin Kong Life Insurance for the BOT project. Lin accused Mayor Chiang Wan-an of potentially allowing irregularities and criticized the lack of transparency in handling the project. Lin urged the city government to address public concerns and avoid potential damage to the interests of citizens and the city treasury.
