Wang Xinmin, director of the well-known clinic Six Shun with a nearly century-long history specializing in stroke treatment and prevention, responded to accusations of administering unapproved ginsenoside injections to patients. Wang firmly stated that ginsenoside is a food product, not medicine, and they only provide it for oral consumption, not through injections. Former employees accused the clinic of injecting ginsenoside without permission, but Wang clarified that they only offer ginsenoside in liquid or capsule form for oral consumption during IV therapy, not through needles. Allegations also include questionable labeling practices on medication bottles and internal memos referencing injections, with Wang maintaining the clinic's commitment to secrecy for their treatment formula developed over a century, capable of treating various conditions even in terminal patients with alleged unique effects, facing past attempts by ex-staff to misuse the formula and expressing frustration over continuous slander and suspicion.
