Steve Schwally, a 64-year-old man, has been charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing into a Long Island nail salon, resulting in the deaths of four people and injuring nine others. Surveillance video obtained by FOX 5 NY shows the dramatic crash, with witnesses describing it as a 'violent explosion.' Schwally, who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, is being held on $2 million bond. The victims included an NYPD officer, Emilia Rennhack, who was off-duty at the time and had been getting her nails done for a wedding. A candlelight vigil is scheduled for the victims, and Schwally had a previous DUI charge in 2014.
