A subsidiary of Polish e-commerce platform Allegro has filed a lawsuit against Alphabet, Google Ireland, and Google LLC, seeking 2.33 billion zlotys ($568 million) in damages for alleged anti-competitive practices. The unit, Ceneo, claims it suffered losses due to Google favoring its own price comparison service in search results, which adversely affected Ceneo's business. Allegro demands reimbursement for losses and interest dating back to 2013.
