Altice USA, one of West Virginia's largest internet providers, has settled with the state to address numerous consumer complaints by committing to $40 million in upgrades by 2027, providing $4 million in customer credits, and paying a $500,000 penalty. This agreement, announced by Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, aims to enhance customer satisfaction and follows scrutiny over the company's prior practices under its former name, Suddenlink Communications.
