Amazon has integrated Grubhub's food delivery services into its website and app in the US.

Reported 4 months ago

Amazon has announced that customers in the U.S. can now order from Grubhub directly through its shopping app and website, expanding on a previous deal that allowed Prime members access to Grubhub+. The agreement includes a free Grubhub+ membership worth $120 a year for Prime members, with the integration of the service on Amazon's platforms. This deal aims to make Grubhub more appealing to potential buyers, as Amazon holds warrants representing 4% of Grubhub's equity and may receive more based on performance conditions. Additionally, Amazon had previously secured the right to buy a 2% stake in Grubhub in 2022.
