However, the airline has now changed its stance, stating that the child is not at fault. The former flight attendant, Estes Carter Thompson, 37, facing federal child sexual exploitation charges, was accused of recording minors in airplane bathrooms. The revised response removes claims of the child's negligence and further allegations against the airline.
