On June 22, 2024, an ANA Boeing 737 aircraft encountered a pressurization system failure mid-flight, leading to 11 individuals feeling unwell. The incident occurred shortly after takeoff, causing a drop in cabin pressure. The captain quickly responded by emergency descending the aircraft to a lower altitude and releasing oxygen masks for passengers. Although the plane landed safely, 11 people, including crew members and passengers, reported symptoms of fatigue and dizziness. The incident is under investigation, and Japan's National Transport Safety Commission has deemed it a 'serious event potentially leading to a major accident.'
