Anthropic has recently released the new chatbot service model, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, which boasts higher performance than its previous version Claude 3 Opus, with a reaction speed over twice as fast. The model is now available for use, including for free accounts. Anthropic also plans to introduce Claude 3.5 Haiku with faster response speed and Claude 3.5 Opus with higher performance later this year. In comparisons with other models like GPT-4o from OpenAI, Geming 1.5 Pro from Google, and Llama 3-4000 billion parameters version from Meta, Claude 3.5 Sonnet outperformed in various tasks such as logical inference, knowledge understanding, programming, and mathematical calculations. The new model excelled in visual analysis, capable of interpreting incomplete images into text, making it beneficial for image recognition and data analysis tasks in industries such as retail, logistics, and finance. Anthropic also added a new 'Artifacts' feature allowing users to input additional update prompts for the chatbot during automatic text generation, supporting further interaction with the chatbot or collaborative work completion. Claude 3.5 Sonnet is currently open for all users, accessible through the Claude App on iOS platform or via Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, and Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform, with a pricing of $3 for every million input tokens and $15 for every million output tokens, similar to the previous versions.
