Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus are considering an IPO for Odido, the Dutch telecom firm they acquired from Deutsche Telekom. Discussions are ongoing as they invite potential advisors for a listing in Amsterdam next year, with a possible valuation of up to €7 billion. Odido, rebranded after the acquisition, serves around 8 million customers and aims to expand its fiber optic internet and TV services. While an IPO is on the table, the firms may also choose to retain Odido for longer amid a more favorable investment environment in 2025.
