Apple has reportedly halted work on its upcoming high-end Vision headset, opting to concentrate on a more affordable model with fewer features for release before the end of next year. The company aims to revitalize sales of the $3,500 device by expanding its availability to eight new countries. Originally planning two models for its Vision product, Apple has diverted resources towards cost reduction for the first-generation components instead of developing the successor to the Vision Pro.
