Aprio, an Atlanta-based advisory and accounting firm, is expanding its wealth management division through the acquisition of Mize CPAs, an accounting firm serving McDonald's franchise owners, and its affiliated wealth management firm, Prism Financial Group, valued at $1.98 billion. This deal will increase Aprio's assets under management to over $5 billion and add new offices, partners, and employees as part of its strategic Midwest expansion.
