According to the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS), the average regular salary for all employed workers from January to April this year was over 46,000 yuan, with a 2.39% annual increase. When including non-regular incomes such as bonuses and overtime pay, the average real total wage reached over 63,000 yuan, representing a 1.35% annual increase. However, the public feels that only managerial positions can earn such wages, while regular workers struggle to achieve this. Different industries also show varying salary levels, with industries like finance and insurance exceeding 70,000 yuan while industries like accommodation and food services hovering around 30-40,000 yuan.
