Argentina's economy is predicted to show year-on-year growth of 1.7% in the fourth quarter of 2024, ending six quarters of contraction, according to a Reuters poll of analysts. This growth is attributed to improved fiscal and trade conditions as well as a better inflation outlook, although risks remain. Despite the anticipated growth, the overall GDP for 2024 is expected to still reflect economic contraction, albeit at a reduced level. Official GDP data will be released on Wednesday.
