In Taipei, a woman surnamed Qian got into an argument with a delivery driver after declining to come downstairs to pick up her food and demanding it be delivered to her door. The conflict escalated to the point where Qian insulted the driver with three words, leading to the driver filing a lawsuit. Despite Qian initially wanting to reconcile, the driver insisted on legal consequences. Qian was eventually fined 2000 NT dollars for public insults and given the option of 2 days of community service.
