Yanzhou (4306), Beike (8927), and Yongjie (4714) have benefited from asset revenue boost. Yanzhou reported total sales of 3.05 billion yuan with the 'Wangzhou Yipin' project starting home deliveries in May, followed by the 'Yanzhou THE ONE' project expected to be completed by the end of the year, indicating a significant revenue increase for the group starting from the second quarter. Beike's revenue in May saw an 86.07% increase and 63.98% increase for the first five months thanks to new operational points for gas stations in Hualien and Gui Ren, while Yongjie's revenue grew by 14% in the first five months due to increased demand for sports customers and new certifications for flexible HC materials.
