At the ASUS shareholders meeting, ASUS Chairman Jonney Shih announced advanced progress in AI servers and revealed plans to achieve a business goal of '5 times growth within 5 years.' Shih emphasized the importance of AI for the computer industry, stating it as a rare opportunity and predicting a future world filled with various forms and sizes of AI Brains in a hybrid AI ecosystem. Despite past resource allocation challenges, ASUS has over 600-person teams working on AI servers, with remarkable growth seen in Q1 of this year compared to the same period last year. Shih also addressed concerns about Taiwan's electricity capacity supporting AI development by stressing the need for continuous development of clean energy sources.
