AT&T has ratified new agreements with the Communications Workers of America, impacting approximately 23,000 employees across eleven states. Workers in the West will see wage increases of at least 15% over four years, while those in the Southeast will benefit from over 19% hikes over five years. This agreement comes after a strike by over 17,000 employees protesting unfair labor practices. Additional raises are also set for certain positions under recent infrastructure funding.
