Atos's largest shareholder, Onepoint, has withdrawn from talks to rescue the troubled French IT company, leaving Atos with limited options. Billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's firm EPEI has expressed willingness to restart negotiations after Onepoint's failed attempt. Atos is facing financial difficulties with nearly €5 billion in debt and is now considering a deal with EPEI or finding a solution with existing creditors alone.
