Atos SE's main investor, Onepoint, has abandoned a rescue plan for the troubled French IT company, leaving it with limited options. Negotiations for Atos's bailout were further complicated when Onepoint realized the company required more investment than anticipated, leading to failed talks. With Atos facing nearly €5 billion in debt, it now must consider restarting negotiations with billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's EPEI or finding a solution with existing creditors.
