Despite not falling for the scam herself, she questions the government's ability to penalize courier services involved. Yan Ze-Ya shares her experiences with handling such notifications and suggests e-commerce platforms find ways to distinguish legitimate notifications to prevent impacting online shopping willingness. CTWANT also lists the complaint procedures for dealing with fraudulent parcels at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart.
