The Green Corridors International Bridge project aims to create an automated cargo system connecting Laredo, Texas, to Monterrey, Mexico. Led by Green Corridors LLC, the initiative involves autonomous freight shuttles that will improve trade efficiency, reduce emissions, and potentially handle up to 10,000 loads daily. With a projected cost between $6 billion and $10 billion, the project is set to become operational by 2030, coinciding with a record increase in trade between the U.S. and Mexico.
