Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy, placing the future of 'forever' prizes in jeopardy for some long-time winners. Following a deal where gaming company ARB Interactive acquired certain assets from PCH, it was confirmed that past winners would not receive promised payouts made before July 15. While ARB is working to establish a new structure to ensure future winners are compensated, many past winners are grappling with the loss of expected income.
