Ben Higgins shared on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast that before calling off their engagement, he and Lauren Bushnell Lane were barely talking, attending couples counseling, and feeling like 'work associates.' They were asked about a televised wedding while already not on good terms, ultimately agreeing they wouldn't get married. The day after filming wrapped, they mutually agreed their relationship was unhealthy. Since then, Higgins wed Jessica Clarke, while Bushnell Lane married Chris Lane and welcomed two sons.
