During the hot and humid summer in Taiwan, many may believe that rainfall in the afternoon provides relief from the heat, but a Japanese expert warns of the high occurrence of 'rainy season heat strokes' due to the slow evaporation of sweat in high humidity, increasing the risk of heat-related illnesses. It is suggested to stay hydrated, exercise, maintain a balanced diet, and get accustomed to sweating through physical activities and bathing to prevent heat stroke during the rainy season.
