Reported 11 months ago

Dr. Huang Jiewen pointed out that consuming popular bento boxes, especially those from barbecue shops, with high oil, sugar, and salt content in daily diets can not only affect body shape but also harm kidney health, as indicated by Kidney specialist Dr. Hong Yongxiang. He cautioned against indulging in high-salt food and specifically highlighted one type of bento commonly found in barbecue shops that has kidney-damaging potential. Dr. Hong also listed 5 foods that are harmful to the kidneys, such as pearl milk tea, Japanese ramen, fried chicken cutlet, triple combo rice, and stuffed foods, emphasizing the need to avoid foods high in oil, sugar, calories, and salt to maintain kidney health.
