After losing a televised debate to Republican opponent Trump on June 27th, US President Biden faced worries and calls for withdrawal from many Democratic supporters. However, Biden seemed unfazed by the advice and continued to reassure donors in multiple fundraising events that he had the capability to overcome challenges and defeat Trump. Despite some donors expressing concerns, Biden's campaign team raised $27 million within 24 hours after the debate, totaling around $880 million, as he actively campaigned and tried to reassure supporters.
