Titans offensive line coach Bill Callahan and Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo were named the 2024 winners of the Paul “Dr. Z” Zimmerman Award by the Professional Football Writers of America. The award recognizes their lifetime achievements as assistant coaches in the NFL. Callahan, with 25 seasons in the NFL, and Spagnuolo, with 24 seasons, received the prestigious award for their contributions to the league.
