Billy Ray Cyrus filed an emergency motion seeking a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife Firerose in Tennessee court, alleging that she made $96,986 in unauthorized charges on his business account, including payments to her attorneys, after he filed for divorce citing 'irreconcilable differences' and 'inappropriate marital conduct.' Firerose claims she had permission to use his American Express card and that they reviewed expenses together, while Cyrus states they don't have joint accounts or credit cards and that Firerose has significant assets. They had agreed for Firerose to move out and receive financial support for 90 days or until the marriage dissolution.
