Crypto exchange Binance is aiming to dismiss a significant portion of a £10 billion lawsuit in London, in which it and other exchanges are accused of colluding to delist the Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) cryptocurrency. The case, representing over 200,000 BSV owners, alleges anti-competitive behavior leading to a decrease in BSV value and obstructing its rise as a top-tier cryptocurrency. While Binance is seeking to eliminate the claim related to BSV's potential growth, the lawsuit continues with BSV Claims pursuing damages. Binance and Kraken, among other exchanges, delisted BSV in 2019 due to controversies surrounding Craig Wright's claims as Satoshi Nakamoto, with Wright later found to have provided false evidence in a separate legal case.
