The issue of whether the trade secrets of the biotech company 'Three Visits' leaked to 'Super Genes Biotech' remains unresolved after over a year of disputes and conspiracy theories. Recently, Yang Zhihui, a beauty guru in the biotech industry currently working at Super Genes, filed a lawsuit against her former employer Three Visits and its vice chairman Chen Zongji, accusing them of false accusations. The case involves violations of the Trade Secrets Act, with investigations ongoing as the truth is yet to be revealed after more than a year. Yang Zhihui discovered that the key evidence Three Visits used against her was a report on the healing of diabetic wounds, which she argued had no relation to their trade secrets. To defend her innocence, she decided to counterattack with a lawsuit against Three Visits for false accusations.
