In the workplace, while good bosses are hard to come by, bad bosses are everywhere. A survey by 1111 Job Bank reveals the common tactics used by bad bosses and the top 10 'shocking phrases' used by company management. 'We're all in this together,' a 4-word phrase, topped the list as the most hated phrase among employees. The survey also uncovered 6 management styles that employees find intolerable, with a high percentage encountering bad bosses and feeling frustrated. Despite the challenges, some choose to endure, with an average of 9 months and 5 days before considering leaving. The survey also found that on average, a raise of NT$11,780 is needed for employees to continue tolerating bad bosses, while 27.1% said they would not tolerate it even with a raise.
