BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust has surpassed Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to become the world's largest fund for the cryptocurrency, accumulating nearly $20 billion in assets since its U.S. listing in January. Market analysts are closely monitoring the flow of assets between the two funds since the launch of nine new ETFs in January. Grayscale has faced outflows since its ETF began trading, while BlackRock's success is attributed to its distribution network and lower fees compared to competitors. Some hedge funds have invested in the new ETFs, but institutional investors are expected to take longer to adopt them.
